Hager – Hager inaugurates new joint venture in China to strengthen system solution capabilities 

Hager and Nanjing Jialong Electric have officially inaugurated their joint venture, Hager Jialong Electric Systems (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. 

The new company expands Hager’s capabilities in China beyond its established component business towards integrated smart low-voltage electrical systems and solutions, opening opportunities to address a broader range of projects, customer needs and market segments. 

On September 8, 2026, Hager Jialong Electric Systems (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. (“Hager Jialong”) was officially inaugurated at its new production site in Nanjing. The joint venture combines Hager’s global technological capabilities and comprehensive electrical component portfolio with Jialong’s strong local engineering, manufacturing and market expertise.
