ZVEI – The German electrical and digital industry starts the second half of the year with a strong increase in orders.

In July 2026, order intake in the German electrical and digital industry also developed very positively: with a 32.6 percent increase compared to the previous year, it made a big leap forward.

In the first seven months of this year, the industry’s order intake rose by 12.6 percent compared to the same period in 2025. Domestic orders increased by 17.3 percent.
