Assemblin Caverion Group – Assemblin acquires KE Rörinstallation and strengthens its heating and sanitation capabilities in Sweden

Assemblin has acquired KE Rörinstallation i Nyköping AB, a Swedish plumbing and HVAC company based in Nyköping, Sweden. 

The company has annual revenue of approximately SEK 46 million and 10 employees.

The acquisition supports Assemblin Caverion Group’s growth strategy and strengthens Assemblin’s position within cooling, heating and sanitation installations in Sweden, with a particular focus on refurbishment and renovation energy-efficient HVAC solutions in technically demanding buildings.
