Honeywell Technologies – Honeywell Technologies completes sale of Warehouse and Workflow Solutions Business to American Industrial Partners
Honeywell Technologies completes the sale of its Warehouse and Workflow Solutions business to American Industrial Partners, sharpening its focus on pure-play automation and autonomy growth.
CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 27, 2026 — Honeywell Technologies (NASDAQ: HON) today announced it has completed the sale of its Warehouse and Workflow Solutions (WWS) business to American Industrial Partners (AIP) in an all-cash transaction. The business operates commercially under the Intelligrated and Transnorm brands.
The divestiture of WWS allows Honeywell Technologies to further focus on its pure-play automation portfolio in the Building, Industrial and Process end markets, and the long-term growth opportunities aligned with the industrial sector’s transition from automation to autonomy.
“The completion of the WWS divestiture further sharpens Honeywell Technologies as a pure-play automation company,” said Vimal Kapur, chairman and CEO of Honeywell Technologies. “We are poised to lead the industrial sector’s transition from automation to autonomy, and this sale enables us to focus more fully on that task, accelerating long-term value creation for our customers and shareowners.”
The completion of this divestiture follows Honeywell Technologies’ spin-off of its Aerospace Technologies business, which is now an independent public company that operates as Honeywell Aerospace (Nasdaq: HONA) as of June 29, 2026. That separation was preceded by Honeywell Technologies’ spin-off of its Advanced Materials business, Solstice Advanced Materials (Nasdaq: SOLS), on October 30, 2025.
Since 2023, the company has completed approximately $11.5 billion of accretive, synergistic acquisitions, including Compressor Controls Corporation, SCADAfence, the Access Solutions business from Carrier Global, the LNG business from Air Products, Sundyne, Li-ion Tamer and the Catalyst Technologies business from Johnson Matthey.
In addition, the company completed the divestiture of its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business in 2025 and has announced the sale of its Productivity Solutions and Services business, with expected closing in early August of 2026.
