Ensto – Changes in Ensto’s Board of Directors
Tero Luoma appointed Member of the Board.
Tero Luoma, Managing Director of Ensto Invest Oy, has been appointed to Ensto Oy’s Board of Directors (Ensto Board) starting on August 1, 2026. Tero brings strategic economic and financial expertise, along with over 15 years of experience in private equity and professional ownership.
He has served on the Board of Directors of several companies and is an active investor and advisor to growth businesses. He is also pursuing a PhD at Hanken School of Economics, focusing on active ownership. Learn more about Tero on his LinkedIn profile.
Ensto’s current Board Members, Panu Routila and Taru Miettinen, will leave the Ensto Board on July 31, 2026.
“I want to thank Panu for his valuable contribution over his years on Ensto’s Board. Panu has brought sharp strategic insight and deep industrial experience, which has been extremely important to our company,” says Marjo Miettinen, Chairwoman of the Ensto Board.
“And at the same time, I want to thank Taru for representing the owners on the Ensto Board,” continues Marjo. Taru continues as a member of the Board of Ensto Invest Oy.
