Assemblin Caverion Group – Caverion to deliver EUR 15 million substation for Nebius data center in Finland, creating jobs for more than 80 professionals

Nebius and Caverion have signed an agreement valued at approximately EUR 15 million for the design and construction of a substation for Nebius’s data center in Lappeenranta, Finland. 

The 310-megawatt facility, expected to be completed in 2027, is set to become one of Europe’s largest data centers dedicated to AI computing.

The substation is a critical part of the data center’s infrastructure, and the project will be delivered on an accelerated schedule while meeting high safety and quality standards
