The move allows Echo to offer specialty services across their footprint.

April 7, 2025, CHARLESTON, SC – Sonepar has announced its subsidiaries Springfield Electric, Richards Electric, and Holt have combined operations and officially rebranded under a bold new Echo brand, with Pepco to join in June. Announced in February, the strategic move to combine these operating companies will enable Echo to leverage distinctive capabilities for customers across its 500,000-square-mile footprint in the Midwest.
