Ahlsell – Ahlsell acquires Proseal

Ahlsell Sverige AB has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Proseal (Professional Sealing Sverige Aktiebolag), an industrial sales and maintenance company within flow technology. 

The company has annual revenues of approximately SEK 60 million and currently employs 22 people.

Proseal supplies MRO products such as pumps, pump services and sealing products, as well as services within sealing solutions and rotating equipment for heavy industry.
