Schneider Electric – Schneider Electric appoints Kelly Backer as President of North America Operations
Schneider Electric, a global energy technology leader, has announced that Kelly Becker has been named President of North America Operations, effective July 1, 2026.
Kelly Becker is a seasoned leader and was previously responsible for Schneider Electric’s UK, Ireland, Belgium & Netherlands zone, managing the region’s business portfolio and supporting the company’s broader efforts in sustainability and digital transformation.
Kelly brings over 25 years of proven management and leadership experience. She joined Schneider Electric in 2011 as Director, Strategy & Business Development for North America, following a career in Danaher and TAC, where she held several product management and customer-facing roles across multiple end markets.
In her new role, Kelly will serve on the Schneider Electric Executive Committee and lead the company’s multi-faceted transformation efforts and growth strategy across the North American region, notably in the Data Center market.
