Acelera Program anticipates by up to 50% the time of technical development of young talents and invests in the training of the next generation of energy professionals in the country.

At a time of strong expansion of energy infrastructure and growing demand for specialized professionals in the sector, Hitachi Energy launched the Acelera Internship Program, an initiative that combines intensive technical training, behavioral development and structured contracting to accelerate the training of new engineers in Brazil.
