Assemblin Caverion Group – Caverion Germany strengthens its capabilities in automation systems through an acquisition

Caverion Germany has acquired S&A Schaltanlagenbau GmbH (“S&A”), a company focused on industrial and building automation in northwestern Germany. 

The company has an estimated annual revenue of EUR 6.2 million and 45 employees.

With over 30 years’ experience, S&A is a well‑established specialist in industrial and building automation, delivering services and solutions spanning from consulting and design to implementation, manufacturing, and lifecycle support.
