Ahlsell – Ahlsell acquires SEMCAB

Ahlsell Sverige has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in SEMCAB, Swedish Electric Mechanical Construction Aktiebolag, a specialist in electrical distribution boards, switchgear and enclosure solutions. 

The company has 25 employees and annual turnover of approximately SEK 64 million.

Since 1999, SEMCAB has operated from Gävle, where the company supplies low-voltage switchgear, electrical distribution boards, ground-mounted cabinets, as well as control and enclosure systems.
