Ahlsell – Ahlsell acquires Luxia AS
Ahlsell Norge AS has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Luxia AS, a specialized provider of modern and energy-efficient lighting solutions.
The company has an annual turnover of approximately NOK 60 million and currently has twelve employees.
Luxia AS was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Drammen, Norway. The company delivers complete lighting solutions to the B2B market and works closely with electrical installers across the country, with a strong focus on meeting customer needs.
The acquisition marks an important strategic step in Ahlsell’s ambition to further develop as a multi-vertical specialist and offer an increasingly broad range within electrical and lighting, with additional specialist expertise, to the professional market.
The transaction is expected to close in April 2026.
