ams OSRAM – ams OSRAM and Ziwooo Biotechnology announce strategic brand licensing partnership for Health & Beauty products in APAC

Premstaetten/Munich/Shanghai, February 18, 2026 — ams OSRAM has entered into an exclusive brand licensing agreement with the Chinese company Ziwooo Biotechnology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. under the OSRAM brand licensing program. 

This marks the first collaboration to expand the OSRAM brand into the Health & Beauty product segment, with a strong focus on Greater China, further Asian countries, Australia, and New Zealand.
