Assemblin Caverion Group today announces a leadership transition marking the next phase in the Group’s development, reflecting the Group’s evolution from post-merger integration to continued profitable growth and long-term value creation. 

Effective today, Jacob Götzsche has been appointed Group CEO of Assemblin Caverion Group. He succeeds Mats Johansson, who will transition from the role of Group CEO and join the Board, where he will also chair the Board’s Large Contracts Committee.
