But this is changing, with more and more women shaping the industry: They are indispensable in specialist companies, in planning, on construction sites, and also at manufacturers like Gira in Radevormwald. To make this change visible and empower women in the construction industry, Gira is launching a platform that combines professional development with personal development and networking – a strong network of women, with women, for women.
