Company’s decarbonization goals receive international recognition and reinforce WEG’s commitment to the energy transition.

Since 2022, WEG has been consolidating its role in addressing global climate challenges with the launch of the WEG Carbon Neutral Program, which established the company’s first commitments:

• Reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 52% by 2030, base year 2021;
• Achieve carbon neutrality (Net-Zero) by 2050.
