Assemblin Caverion Group – Caverion Finland strengthens its market position in the technical services market for industry and its processes through the acquisition of Stig-Pipe Oy

Caverion Finland has concluded an agreement whereby Caverion acquires Stig-Pipe Oy through an asset deal. 

The company operates in South Karelia, Eastern Finland. Stig-Pipe’s 22 employees will be transferred to Caverion.
