Prysmian communicates that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act applicable to the proposed acquisition of Encore Wire Corporation (NASDAQ: WIRE) expired on May 28, 2024. 

As a result, the transaction has been cleared for U.S. antitrust purposes.
