ZVEI – German electrical exports declined overall in the first quarter of 2024

Further growth in China business

In March 2024, the German electrical and digital industry recorded a year-on-year decline in exports of minus 10.5 percent to 20.4 billion euros. 

Aggregate industry exports in the first three months amounted to 62.3 billion euros, 4.3 percent lower than in the same period in 2023.
